Individually cooked breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location, cleanliness.
Two beds crowded the single room. I had trouble understanding the hot water system.
The staff were very polite and extremely helpfull
Value for money! Good location: 5 min by walk from city center, 2 min from bus station Busaras. Good restaurante at the next door, TESCO is accross the street. Very kind and helpfull staff.
It can be noisy in some rooms because of tram line. It's cold in the room 19 and the heating element is on the top of the bed.
I lked leaving the best
Double room was not a double room.we had to change rooms.
The bar staff were really friendly, they had karaoke on in the evening. A great atmoshere, I would never normally participate in karaoke but the atmosphere was so great< I couldn't resist. The beds were very comfortable & the breakfast was very good
The room was nice & clean but decorated in very dark colours & the tv didn't work but as I didn't spend a huge amount of time in the room, it didn't matter.
The hotel is fairly central to the main street in dublin O'Connel Street. There was spme confusion about irish and english breakfast's being offered within the room rate. No irish breakfast exists !! so %.65 euro is required for breakfat which I have to say is well worth it !!. but having requested info from the booking site I did not recieve confirmation yes or no to this query till within the 48 hour cancel time !! I did a deal with the hotel and it all ended up smelling of roses!! Room was clean but small and 4 floors up and no lift!! But great for a 1 or 2 night stay, staff were helpful and we left with the yes I would stay here again feel!! Think I would book late next time to get a great rate !! close for central dublin and temple bar and good value for money
As above mentioned , dispute with breakfast being inclusive or not and room size not great for a 6ft 3 guy!!! Had to squeeze between bed and dressing table to get into bed !! and prop open sach window with an empty water bottle as the cords were broken!! Breakfast room clean and tidy and lovely staff!! Hotel feels a little in need of upgrade and refurb!!! But ok for short stay !!
Couldn't have picked a more central location and the staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful.
It kind of had a faulty towers effect, key in door took ages to open!room was not like the picture that was advertised, very old fashioned and dated!there was rubbish in the room(a cardboard long tube) on top of the wardrobe!although the room was very cheap,I've stayed in other hotels for this price and they have been much nicer!on route to ur room u pass by a bathroom n toilet and they are both in a mess!
Finn was a charming host, and arranged a spontaneous room upgrade, which was unexpectedly kind.
It was good value, clean, friendly staff and the TV worked.
The shower was à horror with that electric device that was scarry inefficient and made à hell lot of noice
Cheap and cheerful staff were helpful and friendly only stayed one night catching the ferry next day. Centre of dublin handy for restaurants pubs and shopping
The Maple provided us with all that we required. The staff were helpful and the hotel is locarted close to the city.
I felt a little unsure about security, however I had no actual problems while staying there. There is no safe in the room, however the front door is well supervised.
Nearness to city centre, very good value for money. A nice place
Noise level because of window type on front of house. These need to be sealed. No hair dryer in room
It was central
The hotel was smelly and run down. The rooms were rough. Hotel bar was dirty and unsafe!! Room cost us double than it usually was so we were ripped off! Handbag got nicked and when were rang it appeared! Hotel situated in a rough area of Dublin!
